What should I do if a client asks me to book a session through my private practice?

Upon joining the platform as a therapist, you have agreed not to offer therapy to clients referred from Expat Therapy 4U, or with any connection whatsoever to Expat Therapy 4U, outside of the agreed terms and conditions in place with Expat Therapy 4U be it on the your own or under a different private practice. Please refer to the section ' Provision of Therapist Services' in the Terms and Conditions for Therapists.

You should therefore inform the client that all their sessions should be booked online through the platform, otherwise you are in breach of contract and your profile will be suspended.
