Can I respond to a client's review?

We encourage Therapists to reach out to the Client directly if you have concerns about their review.  You may also ask our Team to post a response on your behalf to any reviews left on your profile.  

Please refer to the section 'Ethical practice and complaints' found on our Terms and Conditions for Therapists.  Only reviews that violate Expat Therapy 4U's policy will be removed.  Reviews cannot be removed because you disagree with the opinions expressed or dislike the review.
