What should I do if a client books an individual session but then attends with their partner or family?

Please inform your client that what they've booked for is an individual session, and that you apply a different rate for family and/or couple therapy; and this will be adjusted to reflect the service they have received.

We will amend the order on your behalf to reflect the fee adjustment. There's two ways to reach us;
