What if I am not happy about how my therapist has dealt with my complaint?

If you are not satisfied with how your therapist has dealt with your complaint, we will advise you of the other agencies you can complain to.

Ultimately, your therapist is subject to the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the professional body they are registered with. Formal complaints and inquiries with regards to specialist assessments, assessment and/or treatment reports, therapy treatments, conduct and ethical issues can be addressed directly to the therapist’s professional body.
